Agnes Krumwiede – oder wie man sich um Kopf und Kragen reden kann

  Agnes Krumwiede, Sprecherin Kulturpolitik B’90/Grüne im Interview mit dem Börsenblatt:

Nicht das Urheberrecht an sich, sondern der Missbrauch des Urheberrechts hat das gegenwärtige Dilemma verursacht. Dazu gehören auch die unverhältnismäßigen Abmahngebühren, als deren Rechtfertigung fälschlicherweise das Urheberrecht missbraucht wird, ohne dass Urheber von diesem parasitären Geschäftsmodell profitieren würden.

Also wenn ich das richtig verstehe, meint Agnes Krumwiede, dass, wenn die Urheber an der gewerbsmäßigen Abzocke mitverdienen würden, dass dies alle O.K finden würden, und der Begriff „Urheberrecht“ damit dann nicht mißbraucht würde. Hmmm.

Aber geht noch besser:

Außerdem bezweifle ich, dass die Mehrheit meiner Partei damit einverstanden wäre, das Erbrecht abzuschaffen: Ein Ende des urheberrechtlichen Schutzes nach dem Tod dürfte sich auch negativ auf die Investitionsbereitschaft von Kulturschaffenden auswirken.


 Na das leuchtet doch wohl jedem ein! … Nicht?

After an endless wait, hell finally froze, The Duke is back, and i can finally watch my beloved series online (very few – until now):

This is the only episode of Futurama -- in all probability, the only episode of anything, anywhere, ever -- in which, at the climax of the episode, the characters prove a mathematical theorem that saves the day. In the story, the characters have all switched brains using a non-reversible brain-switching device, and they need to get each brain back to its original body. The theorem states that there is always a way to move the brains through various bodies until they are all back with their original owners, as long as you first introduce two additional people (with their original brains intact) into the group. The theorem, which can be viewed as a problem in the branch of mathematics known as "group theory", is actually correct. It was constructed by the writer of the episode, Ken Keeler, who has a PhD in Applied Mathematics. „Auch der NDR reagiert: Um 15:00 Uhr wird in einem “NDR aktuell extra” die Ankunft von Lena Meyer-Landrut in Hannover gezeigt. Zudem wird um 20:15 Uhr eine weitere halbstündige Sondersendung ins Programm genommen, ehe um 22:15 Uhr das Feature “Lena – Unser Star in Oslo” zu sehen ist. Im Anschluss daran wird der Eurovision Song Contest noch einmal in voller Länge zu sehen sein. Zudem springt das ZDF ebenfalls auf den Lena-Zug auf und zeigt anlässlich des Grand Prix-Sieges um 18:30 Uhr ein ‘hallo Deutschland spezial’“

I might be a little late with this, but this one’s so great i don’t want you to miss this.

When someone was going for vice-president and was teached how to circumvent critical questions behave like a politician, you might think that he or she should have some kind of instinct for choosing the right setting to put him-/herself in a good way. (more…)
